About Tilius — Motion Director in Santander, Spain

Portrait of Tilius, rendered as a dithered halftone image

I'm an independent motion director based in Santander, Spain. I'm working at the intersection of graphic design, sound and motion. My journey started on a skateboard: a lifelong obsession with movement that became a career defining how brands and artists feel in motion.

My work spans four territories: motion identity, campaign motion for brands, spatial installations for exhibitions and events, and live visual direction for music performance. Across all I'm treating time as a design material, where rhythm, tension, and proportion carry the story. I collaborate with artists, clients, agencies and studios, providing creative direction, art direction, graphic & motion design and final asset delivery. Every project is unique and requires different approach, from building custom artworks to creating systems that are scalable. I bring a designer's precision to a director's role: from first concept presentation to final frame, on screen or in physical space.

Occasionally, I create sound design and music for campaigns, using Ableton and my sample library.

Open for collaborations and commissions.
